Superior Cranes is an Australian-owned crane hire company founded in 2012 by Managing Director Lachlan Stinson. From our depots in Brisbane and Wagga Wagga we deliver crane hire, rigging and transport across Queensland and the Riverina.
Our growth has been built on a simple promise: the job done right, done safely and done on time. Experienced, multi-skilled crews and a modern fleet handle everything from tight-access city lifts to 350-tonne heavy lifts, with cranes and people moving between depots to keep your project covered.

Fully maintained cranes from 13 to 350 tonnes, supplied with our own experienced operators. Every lift in expert hands.

Rigging & dogging crews
Qualified riggers and doggers for complex, multi-crane and engineered lifts, with our own lifting gear.

Transport & heavy haulage
Prime movers, low loaders, drop decks and semis moving plant, precast and containers. We move our own counterweight too.

Lift planning & engineering
Our in-house lift engineer produces CAD lift studies, lift plans and crane drawings, so complex lifts are planned, not guessed.

Accredited lift supervisors who run safe, efficient lifting operations on your site from set-up to sign-off.

A modern, Liebherr-dominated fleet backed by Grove, Demag, Kato, Tadano and Franna, with major new units added in 2025-26.
