Every lift on this crane starts with a plan. Our in-house lift engineer checks the configuration, boom length, counterweight and outrigger loads against your site, and draws the lift over real site imagery so everyone can see exactly how it will work.
Reading the load chart
A crane's rated capacity is only available close in. Capacity falls as the boom extends and the radius grows, so a 230 t crane lifts far less at full reach than close in. Our guide How to read a crane load chart walks through it, or send us the load and radius and we will check it for you.
